Receive a Daily Email with Saint Mary’s Events

As a way to provide better communication for parents, students, and faculty, we are now a part of a program titled, Event Link. Once activated, this program will send a daily message, via email, listing the most up-to-date activities and information posted on the School’s On-Line Web Calendar.

If you would like to take advantage of Eventlink, please follow the 10 steps listed below.

To create an Event Link Account, please complete the following steps.

Go to www.eventlink.com http://www.eventlink.com
Click the icon USER SIGN-UP
Complete the information on the New User Registration. Then click Submit Registration on the bottom of that page.
An email will be sent to you shortly, (at the e-mail address you provided) confirming your request and providing an activation code for you.
Activate your EventLink account.
Once you have activated your account, log-on to your new account, and complete the information for My Contact Points and My Schools.
Once you have found Saint Mary’s College High School, in Berkeley, check to see that Alert Me about Unclassified Events is checked. (The only way to receive the information from the on-line calendar in your email is to click the box in front of the line that reads: Alert me about unclassified events.)
Please ignore the sports and activities that may be listed above. These are sorts set-up by the company.
After you click the box, please choose the time of day you would like the information sent to your email. Please make sure you choose A Daily Summary. The “Hourly Update” function is not activated for us.
Lastly, each way in which you ask EventLink to contact you (e-mail, cell phone, etc.) will need to be activated. EventLink will send you a separate Activation Code to that device/account to establish a connection. You will need to activate these within your account on www.eventlink.com http://www.eventlink.com/.

Immersion Meeting - September 8

There is a meeting and presentations being held this Wednesday evening for students and their families who are interested in exploring the various Immersion opportunities offered during Enrichment Week.

The meeting begins at 7:00 PM in the Shea Center.

Labor Day Holiday - September 7

Saint Mary's will be closed for Labor Day on Monday, September 6.

School resumes on Tuesday, September 7 on a T set.

Mother & Son Dinner Dance - September 10

The Parent Association is proud to present

"The Mother & Son Dinner Dance"

Friday, September 10 from 7:00 to 10:00 PM

Cost: $25.00 per person

This traditional event is a way for the young men of Saint Mary's to say "Thank You" to an adult woman who has made a positive impact to their lives. The evening includes dinner and a fun time dancing. Kurt Burton Studios will also be there to take a formal photo. When was the last time you had a formal photo take with your son? This would be the opportunity to make that happen.
